Returns
You can return any item purchased online by posting it back to us. To start a return, please contact our customer service team to receive the return address and further instructions.
Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date.
- Items must be in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and labels still attached.
- A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation email) is required.
Please note: Items that show signs of wear, damage, or alterations cannot be accepted for return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, and all return conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or not as ordered (in accordance with your statutory rights).
- Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the returned item.
